Returns & Refunds

This policy covers paid enrollments for Coreflowhub Institute cohort programs listed on coreflowhub.one. It supplements any written order form you sign with us.

Consumers in Korea may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

If you explicitly request immediate access to digital materials before the cooling-off period ends, you may lose the right to withdraw once delivery begins, as permitted by law.

If you withdraw after attending more than thirty percent of scheduled live sessions, we may deduct a reasonable fee proportional to the benefit received.

Third-party license fees, travel bookings arranged on your behalf, or bespoke materials printed with your branding are non-refundable once incurred.

Email hello@coreflowhub.one with your enrollment reference, reason, and preferred refund path. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with a decision timeline.

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original paying instrument unless otherwise required by law. Bank timelines may add additional days.
