General Terms

By accessing coreflowhub.one or enrolling in programs operated by Coreflowhub Institute ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit enrollment requests.

We provide educational experiences about web accessibility engineering, including cohort courses, workshops, and mentoring. Descriptions on this site are informational and may change as curricula evolve.

When you contact us, you warrant that the information provided is accurate. You agree to receive operational responses related to your inquiry at the email address you supply.

All materials, outlines, and assets delivered during programs remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement assigns rights. You may not redistribute course packs outside your licensed team without permission.

You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape personal data of other participants, or use our trademarks in a misleading way. Automated scraping of pricing data is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ulsan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
